

SET UP PROCESS
1. Enquiry & Discovery
Get in touch to discuss your practice needs. We will explore whether your systems are already in place or if a consultancy session would help optimise your workflows.

2. System Review or Consultancy

If you already have systems in place and would like a clear understanding of how they are working, we recommend starting with a System Review. This is a structured review of your current systems and workflows to identify what’s working well, any gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

If your practice is still in the planning stages or you need strategic guidance around workflows, structure, or compliance, a Consultancy session may be more suitable.

3. Preparation
​
Before setup begins, you will be asked to provide any required information, documentation, and system access. You will also receive a questionnaire to help gather all necessary details.
Once everything is ready, we can commence the setup process.

4. Setup
​
The setup work is completed on your behalf, with progress updates provided via email. If clarification is required, we may contact you by email or arrange a brief meeting.
All setup work and related meetings are charged at $120 per hour.

5. Handover & Training
​
Once setup is complete, a handover session will be scheduled to walk you through the changes, review workflows, and ensure you feel confident using your systems.
Additional training sessions for you or your team can be booked if required.
