This service is ideal if you feel something isn’t quite working but you’re not sure what needs fixing or upgrading.

It provides a clear picture of where your systems are at and what your next best steps should be.

Initial Consultation

  • Free 15-minute discovery call

System Review may include:

  • Review of your current practice management system (e.g. Halaxy)

  • Review of booking processes and appointment types

  • Review of intake forms and client onboarding

  • Review of communication templates (emails, reminders, confirmations)

  • Review of billing and payment workflows

  • Review of Medicare, DVA, and NDIS configuration

  • Identification of compliance, efficiency, and workflow gaps

  • Practical recommendations for improvement

What you will receive:

  • A clear summary of what is working well

  • Identification of system or process issues

  • A prioritised list of recommendations

  • Guidance on what can be improved through:

    • System Setup

    • Advisory / Consultancy

    • Training

This service does not include hands-on system changes. Implementation is quoted separately under System Setup.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Hourly Rate – $180 per hour

  • Minimum Commitment: 1 hour

Full payment is required to secure the session.
Once payment has been received, the session date and time will be confirmed.
