
SET UP PROCESS
1. Enquiry & Discovery
Get in touch to discuss your practice needs. We will explore whether your systems are already in place or if a consultancy session would help optimise your workflows.

2. Optional Consultancy Session

If you don’t have systems in place or want to check that existing workflows are running efficiently, we recommend a 1-hour consultancy to review your practice’s goals and needs. This session is charged at $180 per hour.

If systems are already in place, we can organise a meeting to review how they operate and identify any key considerations before setup. This meeting is charged at the same rate as the setup, $120 per hour.

3. Preparation
Before setup begins, we will ask you to provide all necessary information, documents, and system access. We may also send through a questionnaire for you to complete to provide all the information we require.
Once everything is ready, we can start the setup process.

4. Setup
We will take care of the setup and keep you updated via email as work progresses. If any questions arise, we will reach out via email or schedule a brief meeting to clarify. Any meetings will be charged at the same rate as the setup.

5. Handover & Training
Finally, we will arrange a handover meeting to walk you through completed work, review processes, and provide guidance. You can also schedule additional training for yourself or your team if needed.
