• Free 15-minute discovery call

Consultancy may include:

• Guidance on best practice workflows and client management

• Advice on clinical documentation and reporting requirements

• Streamlining billing processes, including Medicare, DVA, and NDIS

• Planning and structuring your practice for sustainable growth

• Tailored solutions for practice-specific challenges​

System & process review may include:

• Reviewing current systems and processes

• Creation and review of intake forms

• Creation and review of communication templates (appointment details, reminders, etc.)

• Creation and review of appointment types and fees

Advisory sessions focus on strategic guidance and workflow optimisation. Hands-on system setup or implementation is billed separately under System Setup services.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Hourly Rate – $180/hr (minimum 1 hour)

• 3-Hour Consultancy Package – $510 (save $30)

• 5-Hour Consultancy Package – $875 (save $75)

Packages can be used flexibly across multiple sessions and are valid for 6 months​

 

Full payment is required to secure the session. Once payment has been received, the session date and time will be confirmed.
