If your practice does not yet have systems in place, or you are unsure whether your current workflows are the most efficient, I recommend scheduling an initial 1-hour consultancy to review your practice’s needs, workflows, and goals before setup​.​

System Configuration & Setup may include:​

User profile and location setup

Applying business branding

Schedule setup

GP & clinical notes template setup

Reviewing and creating intake forms, communication templates, appointment types, and fees

Payment system setup

Online booking setup

Configuration of third-party systems such as Medicare, DVA, and NDIS

Pricing and Payment Terms

Hourly Rate: $120 per hour

Minimum Commitment: 2 hours

Deposit: A $120 deposit is required to commence the setup. This deposit will be deducted from the first invoice.

Scope: Setup is a one-off project. Any follow-up system reviews or workflow optimisation are provided under Advisory / Consultancy services.

Invoicing: Invoices are issued fortnightly until the full setup is completed.

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
